The Caddy Club is a really versatile space that lends itself to a unique venue for private hire.
From a social perspective the venue is a perfect fit for corporate functions, birthday gatherings and charity/fundraising events. The simulator bays and short game zone can be used for free play, or any number of competitions can be arranged to give your evening a little bit more structure and that fun competitive edge!
Are you a member of a golf team or society? The Caddy Club is the ideal (and reliable!) venue for one off, or regular training - especially during the winter months! Or maybe visiting Devon or Cornwall as part of a tour? How about kick starting your trip with a bespoke event!

The Caddy Club
THE WHOLE VENUE
You will enjoy complete exclusive use of the whole venue for up to 75 guests.
The hire includes the entirety of The Caddy Club including all 5 simulator bays, the Short Game Zone and our comfortable lounge areas for the duration of your booking.
Minimum half day.
Costs
Half Day (5 hours) - £950.00 (£791.66+vat)
Full Day (10 hours) - £1795.00 (£1495.83+vat)
The Green Room
THE SHORT GAME ZONE PLUS SIM BAYS 4 & 5
This space is perfect for golf training groups as it incorporates both the short game zone and two simulator bays.
The Green Room will be exclusive to your group during the hire, though the lounge and bays 1-3 will be open as usual to the public. All drinks will be obtained from the communal bar.
Can be booked by the hour.
Costs
Hourly Rate - £125.00 (£104.16+vat)
Half Day (5 hours) - £550.00 (£458.33+vat)
Full Day (10 hours) - £995.00 (£829.16+vat)
The Short Game Zone
PRACTICE YOUR WAY
The Short Game Zone becomes your space to practice and train as you wish. Whilst at your own risk, there are no restrictions to the way you use the space, so bunker play onto the green is totally permitted if you wish.
The space includes the 2 x putting greens, chipping area, bunker and 2 x hitting bays.
Whilst other customers won't be allowed to use the Short Game Zone, they may be present in the room as bays 4 & 5 will still be in use to other customers.
Can be booked by the hour.
Costs
Hourly Rate - £65.00 (£54.16+vat)
Half Day (5 hours) - £275.00 (£229.16+vat)
Full Day (10 hours) - £495.00 (£412.50+vat)
