MEMBERSHIP
You absolutely don't need to be a member of the Caddy Club to come and enjoy the facilities. Everyone is welcome. But... If you are a regular visitor, or someone who wants some accountability to improve your game, then there are huge savings to be made!
Membership comes in the form of 'Bronze', 'Silver' & 'Gold' packages. Each one can be booked on a no commitment, rolling month to month basis. Or, if you want to fully commit and sign up for the full year then we are offering 12 months for the price of 10 as a special launch offer.

The Small Print...

Monthly Fees are payable in full. Once paid your Trackman Account will be credited with the relevant benefits. These benefits will be eligible to use until the same date of the following calendar month, when they will automatically renew if you wish to continue with the membership. For example, if you join on the 15th August your benefits will be eligible to use until the 14th September. There is no minimum period for our memberships, you can pay for a month at a time but will need to manually cancel should you wish to end your membership.

Annual Fees are payable in full. This commitment will give you the '12 months for the price of 10' discount. No refunds are available once full payment has been received.

Individual Membership is not transferrable. Only the named 'member' is eligible to use the benefits. Up to 3 guests are permitted in the Sim Bays (see below for costs), but the member must be present.

Short Game Zone. There will be 90 minutes of 'Members Only' sessions available every day. The timings of these sessions will vary, so please contact the venue for up to date timings. These sessions do not need to be (and cannot be) booked, you just turn up. Members are welcome to use the time as they wish, maybe for a 10 minute quick putt, or a full 90 minutes of practice every day! A maximum of 8 players can use the space at once. On occasions The Caddy Club may be closed for refurbishment, training or private hire. We will endeavour to replace any lost minutes to members should this occur.

Simulator Bay Hours. Unused hours cannot be rolled over to the next month. Members are invited to bring guests with them at cost of £5 per person per hour, with a maximum of 3 guests per bay.

10% Discount. As a member you receive a 10% discount on any Short Game Zone or Simulator Bay hire that you wish to make outside of your monthly benefits. Please note that discounts aren't 'stackable', meaning that only one discount code can be used at a time.

12 Week Advanced Booking Window. Non members can book ahead only 8 weeks in advance. So by joining, you are able to lock in dates a month ahead of non members.

Club Storage. For Gold members only, you can leave your clubs with us whenever you want!
