Why not try a social night out with a difference by hosting your special event at The Caddy Club?
Our venue is a perfect fit for Xmas parties, corporate functions, birthday gatherings and charity/fundraising events. The simulator bays and short game zone can be used for free play, or any number of competitions can be arranged to give your evening a little bit more structure and that fun competitive edge!
And it really doesn't matter if you play golf or not as the Trackman Simulators have a huge range of courses and games to suit all abilities - including newbies that have never picked up a club before!
With unlimited free parking, seating for 50 and a fully licensed bar we have all the ingredients for a great night out! Now we don't currently offer food at The Caddy Club, but are really happy for you to order in pizzas or any other takeaways to compliment your evening.
Booking is simple. If you know what you are doing then hire the bays you need from our 'Book Now' link and just turn up - we are always staffed and well stocked!

The Green Room
THE SHORT GAME ZONE PLUS SIM BAYS 4 & 5
An alternative to booking a 'per person' option is to privately book what we call The Green Room.
This gives you a space exclusive to your group during the hire which gives you the short game zone, simulator bays 4 & 5 and seating all in an area that you can close the doors off to the rest of the Caddy Club. Note that the lounge and bays 1-3 will remain open as usual to the public and all drinks will be obtained from the communal bar.
Hourly Rate - £95.00
Half Day (5 hours) - £395.00
Full Day (10 hours) - £695.00
Bookings for Party nights must be paid for in full before we are able to secure your dates.
Cancellation Policy:

Full refunds will be made for all Party Packages and The Green Room bookings if cancelled with at least 7 days notice.

50% refund will be given for cancellations made between 24 hours and 7 days of your booking date.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking date.
